BOSTON Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that Andrew Kurzon has joined the firm’s Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice as a partner in the Boston office.

Kurzon’s practice focuses on all stages of private equity fund formations, including venture capital, life sciences, infrastructure, buyout, fund-of-funds and non-traditional funds. He is experienced handling various types of private equity transactions, such as co-investments and secondary transactions. Kurzon represents both private equity funds and sources of capital.

In addition to his private equity experience, Kurzon is skilled at structuring and drafting various management company agreements and general partner agreements, as well as advising clients on internal general partner and management company matters.
