New York, September 22, 2015 … Global law firm White & Case LLP today announced the arrival of Arlene Hahn as a partner in the Firm’s Global Intellectual Property Practice. Hahn will work closely with the Firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and will advise clients on intellectual property and technology transactional matters.

Hahn brings to White & Case extensive experience advising clients on a wide variety of intellectual property and technology issues that arise from private equity, M&A and other corporate transactions across a broad range of industries. She has also handled a wide variety of standalone IP matters, including licensing, technology transfer, joint ventures, trademark coexistence, merchandising, and settlement of IP disputes and litigations.
