Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Douglas Marsh and Emily Buckley to the firm’s Denver office. Doug and Emily are both joining the Litigation practice group as lateral associates.

Douglas N. Marsh 
A member of the Litigation practice group, Doug was a Special Assistant State’s Attorney in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and through federal and state judicial clerkships, Doug gained significant knowledge about trial preparation and procedure, case administration, and legal research. His experience includes drafting judicial memoranda, orders, and opinions; conducting depositions and preparing related documents; examining and cross-examining witnesses; presenting oral arguments in trial and appellate courts; and drafting and filing briefs and motions.

Doug received his J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School and B.A., magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Illinois.

Emily Buckley 
As a member of the Litigation practice group, Emily Burke Buckley focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes, and white collar defense and investigations. Emily represents clients in a range of substantive areas, including antitrust, business torts, class action and fraud cases. She has significant experience with internal investigations, white collar defense and compliance reviews in the U.S. and abroad.

Emily received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and B.A., magna cum laude, from Princeton University. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Illinois.
