Keith Krakaur to Head Skadden's European Government Enforcement Practice

LONDON, April 11, 2016 — Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is pleased to announce that Keith D. Krakaur has relocated to London from the firm's New York office and has been named head of the firm's European Government Enforcement and White Collar Crime practice.

A senior partner in the firm’s Government Enforcement and White Collar Crime Group in New York, and a former federal prosecutor, Mr. Krakaur has represented numerous corporate and individual clients in global investigations, including ones involving economic sanctions, corrupt practices, money laundering, tax and accounting fraud. He recently advised Crédit Agricole in its resolution of a seven-year, multi-agency sanctions investigation, and ten "Category 2" banks in obtaining non-prosecution agreements under the U.S. Department of Justice’s Swiss Bank Program.
