LONDON, 11 May 2016 — Kirkland & Ellis International LLP is pleased to announce that private equity corporate partner David Holdsworth and private equity tax partner Tim Lowe will join the Firm’s London office. They both join Kirkland from the London office of Linklaters.

David holds a bachelor of laws from the University of Edinburgh. He is recognized as a ‘Leading Individual’ in the ‘Corporate/M&A: high-end capability’ rankings of Chambers & Partners UK 2016.

Tim holds a LPC from Oxford Institute of Legal Practice and a degree from Queens’ College, Oxford University. He is ranked as a ‘Leading Individual’ for tax by Chambers & Partners UK 2016, which notes his “particular skill handling private equity matters.”
