DALLAS, Texas (June 1, 2016) – Thompson & Knight LLP welcomes Ashley W. Anderson as a Partner in the Real Estate and Banking Practice Group of the Firm’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices.

Anderson has a wide-ranging real estate transactional practice, representing domestic and foreign purchasers, sellers, lenders, and investors in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions throughout Texas, the Southwest, and the nation. She has significant experience with buying and selling of office buildings, retail centers, warehouses, industrial facilities, raw land, and hotels, and she regularly represents landlords and tenants in all stages of commercial lease negotiations. Anderson has handled numerous transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, lending, formation of ownership entities, and project development.
 
Prior to joining Thompson & Knight, Anderson served as a Partner at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP in Dallas.
