  • Heather A. Benjamin (J.D., Harvard Law School; B.A., New York University), a member of Cravath’s Trusts and Estates Department.
  • Matthew J. Bobby (J.D., Harvard Law School; M.A., University of Pennsylvania; B.A., University of Pennsylvania), a member of Cravath’s Executive Compensation and Benefits Department.
  • Daniel J. Cerqueira (J.D., Harvard Law School; B.A., Cornell University), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on M&A matters.
  • Alexandra Denning (LL.M., New York University School of Law; J.D., Yale Law School; B.A., Williams College), a member of Cravath’s Trusts and Estates Department.
  • Helam Gebremariam (J.D., New York University School of Law; B.A., Columbia College), a member of Cravath’s Litigation Department.
  • Matthew G. Jones (J.D., Columbia Law School; B.A., Cornell University), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on capital markets matters.
  • Matthew M. Kelly (J.D., New York University School of Law; A.B., Dartmouth College), a member of Cravath’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on banking matters.
  • David H. Korn (J.D., Harvard Law School; A.B., Princeton University), a member of Cravath’s Litigation Department.
  • Brittany L. Sukiennik (J.D., Columbia Law School; B.A., The University of Texas at Austin), a member of Cravath’s Litigation Department.

The new partners will become members of the Firm on January 1, 2021.
