Hannah has over two decades of experience as a civil and criminal litigator. A former prosecutor, Hannah has been a key member and leader of trial teams representing the firm’s clients which resulted in billions of dollars of recoveries for institutional investors. She is a passionate advocate for protecting the rights of shareholders and investors, and has played a key role in many of the firm’s precedent-setting cases that have increased market transparency, held wrongdoers accountable and improved corporate business practices in groundbreaking ways.

Hannah also serves as the Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee and Co-Chair of the firm’s Forum for Institutional Investors, and Women’s Forum.
