McGuireWoods continues to grow its national Real Estate Finance Practice Group with the arrival of Washington, D.C., partner S.R. Sidarth, who brings 13 years of experience counseling mortgage banking clients on sophisticated loan transactions.

Sidarth advises clients in the origination, sale, securitization, and servicing of multifamily loans sold to secondary market investors, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other financial institutions. His work covers the full spectrum of agency and non-agency loan products and includes complex deal structures such as seniors housing, credit facilities, cross-collateralized portfolios, forward commitments and bridge-to-agency products. He comes to McGuireWoods from Troutman Pepper Locke.
