Cadwalader is thrilled to share the great news that Bobby DiNardo, Jinisha Patel and Hunter White have been elected as partners, effective immediately.

Bobby DiNardo (Financial Services, New York) advises investment banks, hedge funds, private credit sponsors, and other financial institutions on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex derivatives and structured financing transactions. His practice spans a broad range of trading, risk-management, credit-enhancement, and capital-relief structures, with particular focus on innovative hedging and financing solutions that integrate derivative and securitization techniques. Bobby’s work includes deal-contingent and financing-linked hedging, credit-risk transfer and synthetic securitization transactions, total-return swaps and other bespoke derivatives and financing arrangements. Bobby is actively involved in client development, attorney training and recruiting initiatives, and he serves as a mentor to junior lawyers at the firm. He earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, his M.B.A. from Fordham University Graduate School of Business, and his B.S. from Fordham University.

Jinisha Patel (Capital Markets, London) focuses on structured finance, representing investment banks, asset managers and investors, advising on numerous CLOs, warehouses, asset-based lending facilities and commercial real estate back leverage. This includes the first European middle-market private credit CLO and the first European CRE CLO. Jinisha was also shortlisted for the Securitisation Rising Star of the Year award at the GlobalCapital European Securitization Awards 2025. Jinisha is deeply involved with our firm’s attorney development efforts, including leading attorney and paralegal training, and actively supports the firm’s inclusion and engagement programs in conjunction with organizations such as the East London Business Alliance and Sebby’s Corner Charity. Jinisha earned her LLB, with honours, from Queen Mary, University of London, and began her career with Cadwalader 10 years ago as a paralegal in our London office.

Hunter White (Capital Markets, Washington, D.C.) focuses primarily on representing commercial banks, investment banks, government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs), managers of hedge funds, and private equity funds and other financial institutions in connection with corporate, finance and structured finance transactions. Hunter advises issuers and underwriters in consumer loan asset-backed securitizations and frequently advises first-time issuers in connection with the establishment of securitization programs, providing counsel from the initial stages of a feasibility analysis through the closing of the first securitization issuance. Hunter also advises investment managers on the formation and operation of both U.S. and non-U.S. hedge funds. He is actively involved in our recruiting and training programs, serving as a mentor for our summer associates and ensuring those junior associates he works with are supported in all aspects of their jobs and abilities to deliver for clients. Hunter received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University.
