NEW YORK (Nov. 19, 2025) — Skadden is pleased to announce that Vince DiMascio will join the firm in January 2026 as Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO). Based in the firm’s New York office, Mr. DiMascio will oversee Skadden’s global digital and technology agenda, uniting enterprise systems, IT operations, cybersecurity, data and analytics, and the deployment of artificial intelligence automation and emerging technologies. Reporting directly to Skadden Executive Partner Jeremy London, he will lead the firm’s technology, information and knowledge management groups.

Most recently a partner and legal and professional services sector leader at a Big Four consulting firm, Mr. DiMascio advised C-suite clients on technology, data, applied analytics and artificial intelligence. With more than two decades of experience leading enterprise technology transformation, he has guided Fortune 500 companies, Global 200 and Am Law 50 firms through modernization and AI strategy initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Mr. DiMascio served as Global Chief Information Officer at a leading immigration law firm, where he oversaw the firm’s digital transformation and development of its award-winning Cobalt platform. His work earned the CODiE Award for Best Legal Technology Product.

Mr. DiMascio was named Bay Area CIO of the Year by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and has been recognized on IDC’s CIO 100 and Constellation Research’s Business Transformation 150 lists.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and master’s degrees from Columbia University (technology management) and New York University’s Stern School of Business (data analytics).
