She has also worked with numerous government candidates leaving agencies such as the DOJ and SEC. Moss routinely works with firms on their major strategic initiatives, and has facilitated multiple office openings. Moss has made significant placements in major markets such as Boston, New York and D.C. Jen has been frequently quoted in leading publications such as Bloomberg Law, Law360, The American Lawyer and the ABA Journal. She has also been recognized in Lawdragon’s list of "100 Global Leaders In Legal Strategy & Consulting." Moss started her legal career with Coudert Brothers in their New York and Paris offices, where she specialized in representing onshore and offshore hedge funds and funds of funds. She also worked on multibillion dollar cross-border M&A transactions and IPOs. Moss previously worked in the Business & Technology Group at Choate, Hall & Stewart and in the Business Practice Group at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, where she specialized in strategic and private equity M&A, and the representation of public and private technology and life sciences companies.
Moss holds an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, a J.D. from Boston College Law School, an M.A. in French Language & Civilization from Middlebury College School in France and a B.A. in French from Middlebury College. She lives in Wellesley, MA with her teenage daughter, and has a son at Texas A&M College of Engineering. A former competitive figure skater, Moss loves to be active and enjoys running, skiing, golfing and traveling the globe.
