We are honored to introduce The 2025 Lawdragon Global 100 Leaders in Legal Strategy & Consulting.

This is our 11th edition of this guide, which recognizes professional recruiters, marketing and PR professionals, management consultants and an array of talent that helps law firms work stronger, better and more decisively to achieve their missions.

The sector making up the biggest group in this year’s guide is, apropos of 2025 in the U.S., crisis communicators. It’s been the spring of the Big Chill for U.S. firms as they’ve contemplated and battled unforeseeable threats, existential and real. These communicators have helped firms formulate their strategy and messaging when they are threatened with litigation for, well, doing their jobs. Recruiters, too, have felt the impact of this crazy time, with dissension and concern among many who work in law firms, no matter the clarity of their communication.

This guide also reflects the emergence of power players in communication and recruiting, fueled by firms that have flourished through impact combinations, such as CenterPeak and FGS Global. There are remarkable organizations represented here – from Androvett and Infinite to Macrae and Blue Highway – that range from single person consultancies to global players with more than 1,000 employees.

As those who advise lawyers have evolved, this guide has too. Our original Legal Strategy & Consulting guide combined marketing and communication, recruiters and litigation finance. The latter were spun off to an independent guide in 2020. Since then, your support for this guide has allowed it to flourish, with tremendous submissions and talent worldwide – from Brazil, Israel, Canada, and, of course the UK. This guide has also grown in size to reflect the array of talent helping firms strategize through yet another unprecedented time
