Before entering the legal recruiting industry, Frank was a complex commercial litigator. Thereafter, she was a longtime Partner at Major, Lindsey & Africa, where she was a top producer, led the firm’s Philadelphia partner practice and handled high-profile transactions in multiple markets across the country.
Frank holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and a B.A. from Emory University. She lives in Parkland, Florida with her husband, Eric, and their sons, Brady and Cooper. She is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, a travel enthusiast, and a passionate foodie.
