With 25+ years of experience as a Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer for three Am Law firms and leadership roles at Arthur Andersen and a global HR consultancy, Gary brings the rare ability to guide big-picture strategy while ensuring on-the-ground execution. He partners with managing partners, practice leaders, CMOs, and BD professionals to implement firmwide growth strategies that are practical, collaborative, and sustainable.
