In 2024, Jerry Correia was appointed Chief Operating Officer of CenterPeak, where he is a key member of the Executive Team. His role involves integrating, hiring and training our growing recruiting team and overseeing the implementation of our distinctive team-based recruiting process. Correia also continues to serve as the Managing Partner of our Dallas office as he has for the past 8 years.

Since joining Johnson Downie in 2016, Correia has placed over 150 partners and led the opening of 11 AmLaw 100 firms in Dallas and Austin. With nearly 40 years of experience in business and legal services, Correia offers invaluable insights into the challenges partners face in their careers. He began his legal services career in 1989 and has led several nationwide organizations specializing in electronic discovery, legal technology, and contract attorney review. Prior to joining Johnson Downie, he founded and led The Correia Group, an executive recruiting firm specializing in the legal services industry. He has been consistently recognized as one of Lawdragon's 100 Leaders in Legal Strategy and Consulting.
Correia earned a B.S. in Business from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He splits his time between Denver, Colorado, and Dallas, Texas, where he enjoys spending time with his 5 grown children and 2 grandchildren.
