Lauren Krasnow, an executive leadership coach, has been named a Global 100 Leader for Legal Strategy and Consulting every year since 2023. Founder of The American Lawyer’s widely read Fully Human Lawyer ™ column, she understands legal practice from the inside out and proceeds from the conviction that there is no real divide between who we are as leaders and who we are as people.
What sets Krasnow apart from other coaches is the breadth of professional experience she brings to her coaching. Krasnow is a Wharton graduate, trained in business and financial analysis. Her legal experience includes a federal judicial law clerkship and many years of practice with major NYC firms, including Latham & Watkins, Morgan Lewis, Hogan Lovells and Torys. After discovering a talent for building relationships quickly and deeply, she applied those skills to become a top-producing legal recruiter with a prominent NYC search firm.
Lauren wanted to combine and leverage her varied professional skills and psychological insights as a coach and counselor to lawyers. She now serves as a Board member of her chapter of the global International Coaching Federation (ICF).
