What sets Krasnow apart is the breadth of professional experience she brings to her work. She received her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. Her legal experience includes a federal judicial clerkship and more than 12 years of management-side employment law practice at leading New York firms, including Morgan Lewis, one of the country’s top-ranked labor & employment practices, as well as Latham & Watkins, Hogan Lovells, and Torys. She later became a top-producing legal recruiter, gaining a clear view into why lawyers leave firms and how firms succeed or fail at integrating talent.
Krasnow now coaches and advises senior firm leaders, lateral partners, new and emerging leaders, and leadership teams. She helps lawyers and leaders see and own the power they already have, and use it to lead and inspire others. She serves on the Board of Directors of her chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
