She earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois, Chicago, where she received a Dean’s Scholarship, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona, where she was awarded the Wildcat Excellence Award Scholarship and consistently made the Dean’s List with Distinction.
Franklin resides in Dallas with her husband and two daughters.
