She earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, her MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and her undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. Lippman previously practiced at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and Alschuler, Grossman, Stein & Kahan, specializing in business, employment, and intellectual property litigation.
Prior to her legal career, Lippman worked as a Product Management Supervisor at Ford Motor Company, in marketing at IBM-Tokyo and as Director of Business Development at an entertainment internet company. At MIT, she developed information systems currently used by the United States Air Force.
