Andrew Elkhoury founded Elkhoury Law PLLC in 2025 with a straightforward premise: quality legal counsel should be accessible, flexible, and built around the client's business — not the other way around. Every engagement he takes on gets his full attention, his honest analysis, and practicable, actionable recommendations.
Elkhoury moved to Houston straight out of law school and spent the next decade at two of the largest law firms in the world. He worked on significant disputes, complex commercial transactions, and high-stakes contract negotiations for public and private sector clients across the energy, real estate, construction, infrastructure, insurance, and finance industries.

Through that work, Elkhoury noticed a pattern: the businesses that stood to benefit most from sophisticated legal counsel were often the ones least able to justify it on longer term bases. Big firms come with big overhead, and that overhead gets passed directly to the client. The result is a legal market that leaves many capable, ambitious businesses without the kind of reliable, long-term legal partner they need.
Elkhoury started Elkhoury Law to fill that gap. His goal was straightforward: deliver the same rigorous and experienced counsel with the responsiveness, personal investment, and pricing that larger firms are structurally unable to provide.
He offers outside general counsel services, making it his business to know the clients. Whether an established business, a scaling company, or a startup, Elkhoury serves as a trusted legal advisor and provide practical, business-oriented counsel on commercial deals and contracts, risk management, compliance, and day-to-day legal needs.
Elkhoury also help clients navigate construction law. He negotiates contracts, advises on projects, manages claims, and resolves disputes for a wide range of clients, including commercial owners, developers, contractors, design professionals, consultants, lenders, creditors, government entities, and other stakeholders in the construction industry. From contract drafting and negotiation to schedule delays, construction defects, and payment disputes, Elkhoury brings big-firm experience to a responsive, boutique practice based in Houston, Texas.
