Alex Drylewski is co-head of Skadden’s Blockchain and Digital Assets Group. Drylewski’s representative matters include:
- obtaining numerous wins in cases involving alleged violations of federal securities laws, securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits and matters regarding short seller reports
- representing clients in the blockchain and digital asset industry in litigation, government investigations, enforcement actions, rulemaking challenges and corporate transactions
- bringing numerous constitutional and procedural litigation challenges to administrative rulemaking and regulations
- defending class action litigations involving state laws, unfair competition statutes, civil RICO claims and other theories of liability
- playing key roles in multiple billion-dollar civil trials
- representing pro bono clients in federal death penalty litigation, as well as matters involving deprivation of constitutional rights and housing and evictions
Drylewski is a member of the board of trustees of the Historical Society of the New York Courts.
