New York, April 3, 2013Lowenstein Sandler LLP announced today that Christopher C. Loeber has joined the firm as a partner in its Insurance Coverage  practice. Chris will focus on complex commercial disputes involving insurance recovery, commercial litigation and corporate investigations. Previously, he was a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Chris has served as lead counsel in a wide variety of insurance recovery, commercial litigation and corporate investigation matters.  His expertise in insurance coverage disputes includes representing policyholders in oilfield services, food manufacturing and distribution, life sciences, retail, financial services, franchising, and other complex industries.  Chris also has served as lead counsel to several national and multinational retailers in various state and federal suits arising from broad-based, corporate-owned life insurance programs, as well as a multinational technology company in a product-defect suit filed in New York.

Chris earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his A.B. from Holy Cross College.
