Chairman of the Firm Michael P. Kelly said, “We are pleased that Peggy’s great work is receiving this significant national recognition, and we continue to value the exceptional guidance she provides to our clients.”
Judge Ableman joined the Wilmington, DE office of McCarter in February after serving for 29 years as a state trial judge, first on the Delaware Family Court and ultimately on the Superior Court of the State of Delaware.
