Jacksonville – Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that Jana Kolarik Anderson has joined the firm’s Health Care Practice as a partner in its Jacksonville office.

Anderson brings substantial experience advising clients on an array of health care regulatory matters such as Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, coverage and payment issues and fraud and abuse issues, including federal and state anti-kickback statute and Stark compliance issues for all types of health care entities. She provides assistance in developing health care compliance programs for her clients, who range from health care manufacturers and distributors to providers and suppliers. Anderson has also run a wide variety of health regulatory diligence projects related to acquisitions and sales of all types of health care entities, and has advised on health regulatory related representation and warranties in purchase agreements.
