SAN JOSE – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Hon. Kevin McKenney (Ret.) to its panel. Judge McKenney will be based in the JAMS Silicon Valley Resolution Center. He will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in a variety of disputes including Construction Defect, Employment, Family Law, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Personal Injury/Torts, Professional Liability and Real Property.
After serving for 20 years on the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Judge McKenney developed extensive experience in dispute resolution while managing or directing hundreds of settlement conferences and thousands of ADR matters. He served in the Civil Division as a case manager and trial judge for 15 years and for two years in Family Court. The range of cases in the Civil Division included complex personal injury, medical malpractice, construction defect, trade secrets, intellectual property, employment, government, probate and real property disputes.

Judge McKenney received his B.A. from California State University, Hayward and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
