“We are delighted to welcome Scott to the team,” said Sara Brody, the leader of Sidley’s Northern California litigation practice. “Scott is an outstanding litigator, whose global litigation experience complements our international capabilities and platform. We look forward to working with him and collaborating in the representation of global companies worldwide.”

“Scott’s extensive experience working with a range of U.S. and Asia-based companies will benefit the firm’s growing list of global clients,” said Sharon Flanagan, managing partner of Sidley’s San Francisco office. “His understanding of the Northern California technology industry, coupled with his understanding of the unique challenges that arise when representing Asia-based clients in contentious matters, gives him an informed perspective that will become increasingly valuable to our clients as they expand around the globe.”
