Klein, will join the firm, expanding the litigation boutique’s business litigation practice. The firm also has welcomed high-profile defense attorney Robert Corbin to its power roster.

Mr. Weil, Mr. West and Mr. Klein bring decades of combined trial experience with a well-deserved reputation for successfully representing lawyers and law firms in malpractice cases and other professional responsibility matters. The trio previously practiced at Gaims Weil West LLP. The attorneys have represented a broad range of clients, from publicly-traded companies and national and international law firms to successful private entrepreneurs in such diverse fields as real estate, information technology law, motion pictures, television, sports, insurance and accounting.

Mr. West has secured victories in several high-profile, bet-the-company jury trials in federal and state court. Corey Klein has litigated a broad range of complex business cases in trial and appellate courts and in various arbitration forums for more than 27 years. Mr. Klein’s practice particularly emphasizes the areas of business litigation, employment counseling and litigation, legal malpractice litigation, real estate and construction litigation and First Amendment litigation. Robert Corbin is the former founding and managing partner of Corbin, Athey & Martinez LLP. Mr. Corbin brings over 30 years of experience defending many of the highest priority, white-collar criminal cases that have been investigated and prosecuted by the U.S. Department of Justice. His clients include directors, senior management, lawyers and accounting professionals of global and domestic enterprises.
