LONDON, April 27, 2015 - Goodwin Procter, a leading Am Law 50 and Global 50 law firm, announced today the addition of Catriona Berman as partner in the firm’s market-leading Real Estate Capital Markets practice in London.

Berman, who will join Goodwin from Macfarlanes LLP, advises on a wide range of real estate transactions, including high-profile acquisitions, management of estates, asset management agreements, structuring of acquisitions, and property holding. She will join following completion of her notice period.
