Los Angeles, December 17, 2015 – Buchalter Nemer is pleased to announce that Dylan Wiseman has joined the firm in San Francisco as a Shareholder in its Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups.

Mr. Wiseman focuses his practice on intellectual property protection, including representing employers in litigation matters involving, trade secrets and unfair competition, employee mobility, customer and employee non-solicitation restrictions, and the infringement of other forms of intellectual property. Mr. Wiseman's diverse group of clients includes, fashion designers, aerospace firms, biomedical companies, inventors, high-tech companies, e-commerce firms, real estate companies, casinos, healthcare companies, sporting goods companies, television stations, renewable energy companies, and insurance brokerages.

Mr. Wiseman has extensive jury trial experience. He has been lead trial counsel in several complex-designated unfair competition jury trials, including an eight week jury trial. Mr. Wiseman joins Buchalter from the Sacramento office of Littler Mendelson, where he joined as an associate and had been a Shareholder since 2005. Mr. Wiseman was resident in Littler’s Sacramento and San Jose offices.

In 2009, 2010, and 2012 Mr. Wiseman taught continuing education seminars regarding trade secret and unfair competition litigation for the State Bar of California’s Labor and Employment Law Section. An award winning lecturer, he has also taught continuing legal education seminars regarding trade secret protection, social media and confidentiality, BYOD devices, and computer forensics and eDiscovery.

Mr. Wiseman graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
