Encino, CA – GrayDuffy, LLP, a law firm representing business, commercial and real estate clients, announced that Erin K. Tenner has joined the firm as Partner in its Encino office. Ms. Tenner has 30 years’ experience handling business transactional matters, including commercial real estate sales and purchases; asset and stock sale and purchase agreements; and shareholder, operating and partnership agreements. She is particularly experienced in representing automotive dealers, and has published the California Auto Dealer newsletter since 1996.

Ms. Tenner’s articles on the topic of business sales and acquisitions have appeared in legal periodicals, such as the Daily Journal and California Lawyer. She is an active member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC) and has spoken at the organization’s annual conference and published articles in the NADC newsletter, the Defender
 
Prior to joining GrayDuffy, Ms. Tenner managed her own practice for more than 20 years representing clients in business transactions across a range of industries, with an emphasis on auto dealers. Before launching her firm, she was an attorney at Pilot & Spar, where she developed expertise in this business arena.
 
Ms. Tenner earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Law School, where she served as an editor of the University of Detroit Law Review. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University with an emphasis in accounting.
