Weyl brings with him years of public finance experience that is national in scope.  Through his work in tax-exempt financing transactions, he has represented borrowers, investment bankers, credit facility providers, bond purchasers and corporate trustees, as well as served as bond counsel.  His experience allows him to assist clients in all aspects of public finance, including federal and state tax issues, securities matters, and derivative transactions.  His clients include colleges and universities, independent schools, hospitals, health systems, nursing and senior living facilities, student loan programs, social service agencies, and cultural institutions. Weyl will practice in Boston, MA.
