New York and Wilmington, June 30, 2026 — Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Blake Rohrbacher, highly regarded for his deep knowledge of complex corporate and Court of Chancery litigation, will join the firm as a partner in the Litigation Department, resident in Wilmington. Rohrbacher will join from the largest Wilmington-based law firm, where he began his career.

Rohrbacher’s practice spans the full range of complex Delaware corporate litigation and related advisory work. He is frequently engaged on matters raising fundamental issues of corporate governance and control, often representing companies, boards, special committees and stockholders in high-stakes disputes. His first-chair litigation representations include Oracle, Boeing, BlackBerry, Verizon and many others. He also advises corporate boards on matters regarding governance, M&A and fiduciary duties.

He has also been recognized in Benchmark Litigation since 2013. Rohrbacher serves on the Court of Chancery Rules Committee, per the appointment of the chancellor, and has contributed to the development of Delaware corporate law via amendments to the Delaware General Corporation Law and the drafting of the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act.

Rohrbacher received a B.A. from Yale University, an M.A. from Boston University and a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an executive editor of The Yale Law Journal. He is a frequent writer and speaker on the topics of Chancery litigation and Delaware corporate law. He has been a co-editor of The Delaware Law of Corporations and Business Organizations and has co-authored leading treatises on corporate governance and nonprofit corporations.
