Before joining Gibbs & Bruns in 2017, Gutierrez practiced at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he represented corporations and directors in derivative lawsuits, corporate-governance matters, and securities litigation. Gutierrez is admitted to the bars of both New York and Texas.
Gutierrez received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Yale University in 2009, and his J.D. from the Yale Law School in 2012.
