Before starting Delta, DeLise was an Equity Partner at K&L Gates, Chairman of the Private Investment Funds practice group at Husch Blackwell, and an attorney at several other AmLaw 50 law firms, where his practice focused on representing investment funds, financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and institutional and individual investors in all types of financing, investment, M&A, and strategic transactions.
