Catherine L. Goodall

A partner in the Corporate Department and member of the Capital Markets and Securities and Finance Groups, Catherine Goodall has experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in capital markets and leveraged finance transactions, including equity offerings, high yield debt offerings, and senior secured debt financings.

Experience

Catherine has broad experience representing borrowers and issuers in senior secured debt financings and a variety of public and private equity and debt securities offerings, including initial public offerings and high yield debt offerings. She also represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of other engagements such as leveraged acquisitions, high yield bridge loans, structured exchange offers, and tender offers.  Catherine has experience in debt restructurings and in the purchase and financing of distressed debt investments.  In addition, Catherine also advises companies in disclosure and corporate governance matters.

Catherine has been involved in various matters involving Apollo Global Management, LLC and its various portfolio companies, including Chuck E. Cheese's, McGraw-Hill Education, EP Energy, and Caesars Entertainment.

Catherine has worked with the firm's other private equity clients, such as TriWest Capital Partners, KPS Capital Partners and Oak Hill Capital Partners, on various leveraged finance transactions.
